I owned a UltraFab for about 20 minutes.
It was on my new TT when I went to pick it up.
The dealer had been trying to find a new light switch for it, as it had arrived broken. ( I had requested a 3500# jack, which they did not stock)
They were to ship me a new UF jack when it came in.
The jack locked up during the hitching process.
I tried to use the manual crank, and discovered that with the handle inserting thru the roof of the housing that I could only get a half turn before hitting the propane tanks...( this can be a problem with any of the side motor jacks) The manual didn't work either, So I asked the dealer to set me up with a manual jack to get me home, and to order me a Atwood 3500. Had to use a shop floor jack to remove the UF as it broke in the extended position.
