Anyone changed their rear end for more towing capacity?

USUALLY when it becomes necessary to modify the truck for greater capacity, it's wiser to CHANGE the truck to one that has the capacity. There are OTHER things that come into play besides gearing so it COULD become a whole string of upgrades to finally make you happy. As long as you're talking about going from an ECONOMY gear to a towing gear which is offered as standard for your truck it may help but it won't make a HUGE difference. Lots of money for little change.
