robsouth just beat me to it. The A/C. We have our TT stored at home under the Rockyport, formerly known as the ROOport. Since we're in and out of it all the time, I just keep the A/C set for about 80 degrees and it kicks on often enough to keep it fresh and the air circulating. If we go out for longer than just a few minutes, just bump it to 75 and we're comfy. I didn't notice any significant change in our electric bill when we bought the ROO and started keeping the A/C on and that was late summer '06. Damp Rid goes in for winterizing time.
