We figure that we have saved 600# with LFP over PbS and that is significant in a 5th wheel or TT although it may not be so for a motor home. Liberty Coaches claim that they ran their LFP suites down to 80%DOD for 2000 cycles. They also claim a saving of 1000# in utilizing LFP. It is to be noted that their battery suites are in excess of 20 kW-hours.
The Peukert advantage to LFP means that they will charge in far less time than PbS. We did a trial last year with one kW Honda and went from -2000 W-hrs to fully charged in less tha two hours (-120 amp hours at 12V)
