Anyone knowledgeable on the Aisin (Ram) 6-speed?

I was not aware the transmission has a longer warranty. The engine warranty is already up (36-months for commercial use). HOwever, our Dodge dealer cannot perform warranty work since it is a Sterling brand. We have already made this inquiry. That means a 90 minute drive to Freightliner, if traffic is flowing.
