anutami, that is a beautiful trailer!!!
I went to Caldwell ID yesterday to Quality Trailer Sales. They do all kinds of custom work and I learned some things. Entry level trailers use 2.0 thickness for exterior walls. Much like foil. Mid level use 3.0. High end use 4.0 and 5.0.
Yours is obviously 4 or 5. And you have the skin attachment method I want. Sticky tape the full length of the uprights eliminating rivets or screw heads. They said this tape is so tough if they have to repair one from a crash it takes an sir chisel to remove the skin!!
Anyway they are working up some prices for me for different options. 7X14 with 6 1/2' rear ramp and minimums will be 5.0 skin attached with tape. Insulated vinyl ceiling. Insulated 3/4" walls. I would like aluminum or vinyl interior walls and Rhino Lined floor but will have to see how much $$ is left!!
Oh yeah, and it's going to be WHITE!! LOL
