Here's our last "full size" camper:

Here's the new to us Class C:

The difference in overall length is EXACTLY one foot. Presently, the rear leaf springs are worn and I guesstimate the rear end is sagging 1-/2 to 2 inches lower than it should. I am getting this fixed.
Short Class C's are hard to come by. They seem to sell here in Seattle just a few days after they come on the market.
And yes, I really should update our blog...
