Apparently there is only one picture of damage from a dropped 5th wheel. Any brand 5th wheel hitch will drop the trailer if the pin is not latched in properly. Even ugly hitches that weigh and cost too much. :B
My product of choice with our 5th wheels and now back to a travel trailer is a set of ear plugs. Lack of focus on the job at hand due to distractions or wandering minds is the number one cause of dropped trailers or 5th wheels regardless of hitch brand. I've never dropped one and I used the same Reese 15k Classic 5th wheel hitch for 20 years in six trucks.
