Biodiesel is diesel fuel made from vegetable oils, animal fats, or recycled restaurant greases. It's safe, biodegradable, and produces less air pollutants than petroleum-based diesel.
"produces less air pollutants" !!?? pfftt... Bio diesel produces more NOx then diesel fuel, which increase the number of regens, which reduces fuel mileage, which increases the demand for more fuel, which increases demand for more Bio products, which puts more demand on the energy required to produce a gal/Lt of bio-diesel... vicious circle.
