We have the exact same trailer but bought it in Lewiston, so I do understand what is going on. Call Outdoors RV - 541-624-5000 and ask for Gail Hudleston - he is the warranty manager. He will help you get everything figured out.
We had been taking our warranty work down to Sumner RV, but when the trailer comes back with more damage and the items it went in for, broke within hours, we decided to haul down to LaGrande for our warranty work.
