This is true. Often, especially with small adjustments, what the consumer considers "warranty" is actually considered dealer prep by the manufacturer and is non-reimbursable to the dealer. These items should be handled by the selling dealer whose profit actually pays for these small service items. This is often why out-of-town "wholesale" dealers can often sell for less as they know they will never have to make these minor repairs at their expense.
Also, unlike the automotive industry where the most profit comes from the service department, RV dealers greater profit comes from the sales department.
