I do think that Outdoors RV has the same warranty policy as their sister company, Northwoods.
Which is they will pay (their rate) any RV service location to do warranty work. But I would certainly confirm that with Outdoors.
As noted, the reality is, most dealers lose money on warranty repairs.
As for SumnerRV (the other Outdoors dealer in the region), we have had nothing but good work done for over a decade, 2001 thru 2012, and they are still owned by the same family (in fact most of the office staff and management is family).
Me, if the warranty work is that small, I'd pay for it myself.
