I'd call OutdoorRV. We have a Northwood and since they're sister companies maybe their warranty policy's are the same. The 1 time we needed warranty work for our Fox Mountain we called Northwood. Our dealer is 300 miles away. Nearest dealers are 50-60 miles away. Northwood set me up with a local independent RV guy. The other minor issues I called Northwood myself and they sent me the parts to fix. Both companies are pretty good with customer service so I would think they could help you sort this out.
