Arctic Fox 1150 is breaking my 2016 Ford 350 dually

I have an extra leaf in back since 2017, and stable load wedges and bumps in the back. Don't off road much, certainly nothing that would do this. Never tow anything. Wish I could post pics, but can't figure how.

Rickjo & brholt, if you look down your bed empty from the back or sight down the side rails, there is no arc to it at all?
