Arctic Fox 2000 29V Toggle switch identification

I'm a new owner of an Arctic Fox 2000 29V. There is a toggle switch to the left of the stove proximate to an electrical outlet. I'm wondering what this switch is for. Thanks for the help! Dani...

There is another switch with a black back panel and a red light. This one seems to turn on the water heater. The toggle to which I refer looks like a normal house type toggle switch. The water heater seems to work with this latter switch in the off position, It is marked off and on. The up position is on...
