Arctic Fox question

Just got home Monday with my new,to me, 2015 arctic Fox 25Y. Everything is great with the trailer ,the first owners only kept it a short while(maybe 6 months ,less than a year) they even did a few mods such as screens on all the places wasps like ,even left the chairs and they don't look like they were used. My question is , when I took a shower the floor didn't seem to have much support. It flexed more than I would think it should. Is this normal? Other than that I couldn,t be happier and am looking forward to a lot of good years camping. Thanks for any feedback.

Oh...but I've been doing a lot of other jobs in the SB house for her, so she's happy for now!!

  • I've got the same problem with our Winnebago. My wife complains about it, it doesn't bother me, but I need to pull the access plate and add some support.
  • Thanks for the replies . I will pull that cover and see what I can do.
  • "Is this normal?"

There are others on the NROA forum who complained about the same thing. Some also added additional support.
  • Our 25Y has an access panel to the shower drain (p-trap, etc). It is right at the front of the shower near the floor.

Remove the 4 screws and you can see what is going on underneath the floor of your shower..
  • My SEA enclosure floor flexed also. I removed the lower access panel and used a piece of 2X4 and door shims to add additional support to it near the floor center
