As others have indicated, not all weather packages are the same.
For the Jayco Eagle it was a larger heater with higher R values on insulation on top and front cap.
Enclosed and heater underbellies are now common. Heated means they run a heat vent into the enclosed area than blows hot air in their when the furnace is running.
Dual pane windows and tank heaters are actually pretty rare.
The other thing I will point out is that I do NOT have the polar package and camp all winter long up in the mountains.
