Not sure how much dual-pane windows cost, but I single pane and purchased a $150 dehumidifier at Home Depot. I have no condensation problems on the windows (or anywhere in the TT).
As a guy who regularly camps in below-freezing temps I can tell you that the only CRITICAL feature is heated and enclosed underbelly. This will ensure that you fresh water wont freeze and you will be able to use your toilet and sink.
The polar package for the Jayco was only like $140 so I would have purchased if I could have...but I bought off the lot and the unit I bought didnt have it.
...but it hasnt turned out to be critical.
