My 2014 2500 has the same wheels and tires as my friends 2014 3500 SRW diesel Ram. The axles are likely 100% the same too.
I can't say for sure, but I'd bet the brakes are the same.
The rear springs are different though as you mentioned.
In the previous gen Rams, the ONLY difference between a diesel 2500 and a diesel 3500 SRW was the rear springs.
