To me there's no question the 2500 payloads are artificially low. A Ram CTD is rated for 2,300 lbs or thereabouts. That's less than a 2015 F150 with the HD payload package. If anybody here actually thinks the F150 can more capably carry or tow a heavier load than the Ram, please raise your hand.
