Yes, but the GVWR and whether it is applied due to the 250/2500 Class 2b 10,000 max GVWR limit or due to its actual load handling limit is what is in question. Based on it's numbers, the 2500 CTD is an 11,000 GVWR truck at the very least. It seems Ram (and other manufacturers) give the 250/2500 trucks a max 10,000 GVWR just to keep it in Class 2b which also have less expensive registration costs.
