I have a generator (actually 2 of them now). They are not Honda's. They fall into the a much less price range, but they serve the purpose quite well. Actually, a generator is VERY handy to have at home in the event of power failures to keep things running (like the refrigerator and the freezer and your television and satellite system) until power is restored. I've used my generators at home much more than when camping, as we always have electric campsites. So if you want the security of a secondary power source at home, the generator is worth every penny, not matter how much, or which brand you decide on.
