The generator was one of my first purchases after getting the trailer and I'm the DW. Did my homework here and bought a Honda 2000i. Used it this week at home had a pump that kept tripping our breaker. Finally, told DH get the generator. It did its job and I got to do my happy dance. Also bought it for emergency preparedness, we live in California.
We use for dry camping for recharging the batteries and electronics. I make cowboy coffee in the morning rather than use generator. I do have one guilty pleasure of making margaritas before quiet hours end.
Look on Craigslist,but if priced well they go fast.
