Are there any mfrs with bad overall reputations?

It's hard to avoid Forest River! They seem to be behind most of the marques we looked at. We bought ours a month ago, so it's too late for us to do our homework - we did that earlier.

I appreciate that any mfr. can produce a lemon. That's not what I was after. Some car marques are regarded as being of lesser quality than others, and that's what I'm wondering about, not anecdotal evidence, as helpful as it is.
