Back when I first bought my Fleetwood product it was near the top of the don't buy list here. Mostly because of roof leaks. I inspected mine thoroughly at that time and found some serious potential leaks and repaired them with Eternabond. That was 10 years ago. That same entry level travel trailer has held up very well and has had virtually zero issues since. And since it's the only new model I've really had experience with, I use it as my reference model when window shopping newer units. I gotta say I think the materials and much of the fit and finish has gone down hill in the last decade. Many of the new units in my price range seem very flimsy compared to it.
