Probably not.... but hole is a standard size that a new different cover should fit.

Another pic zoomed out might help.
The vents are screwed down into the plywood roof, and then covered with goo.
You will need to scrape away the sealant and expose the screws.
All while trying to be careful and not stab a hole into the roof material. - GoomaExplorerReplace the whole thing, not just the cover. It looks like it leaks like a sieve.
