I have removed all the front material and remade the one corner block that was rotted. This is the only wood except for the Luan backing.

This is my side delam from the side marker light. I don't want to remove this side, just try to fix the problem. Has anyone ever tried the delamination epoxy that is injected? I think I could put a piece of thin epoxy board to take up space that I made with the rotted luan removal.

The Bottom is a pain to scrape. Lots of Carboard used to shape the curve. I may use aluminum and pop rivet to the alum frame...for backing for the Filon. Glue for the Filon to Alum may be an issue.

Making this curve will be interesting. Does anyone know where they get this cardboard?
