Are you talking about a new awning including hardware or just fabric replacement?

I think you are right on with your measurement. Your total width is 106.5 and the size from the chart is then 114 inches. You will have an overhang of about 7 inches on each side of the opening and that will protect you from wind blown rain and snow quite well.
