Yes, if you worked with it every day and continually breathed in the dust that would be bad like Oaklevel said. Otherwise I think a lot of this stuff is just something for the media to jump on and it gives them something to do. I doubt that is any in your ceiling. Around the oven maybe. Just wear your mask when your disturbing it and don't let it freak you out. There is always something that is going to kill you. You can't avoid it all, you can just minimize the risk.
