Aspen Trail 3010bhds owners?

I bought a 2810 last August so far it has been great camper. The only issue I have had was the rubber roof had delaminated in the rear corner next to skylight. Took it back to Dealer, they took pictures and sent them to Manufacture to which they came back and said it was normal. I was not impressed with this but it is noted and if I have any problems outside of my warranty they said they would take care of it. Other then the roof, camper has not given me any problems.
