That pan is absolute rubbish! It looks like they have sprayed some urethane in the corners to seal the seam. Since you have the pan out, is the metal soldered at the corners or has it been sealed with foam?
I'd contact Travel Lite and have them send a new pan, an acceptable pan. Heck, you could visit a local cookware shop and get an aluminum pan to replace the original POS and have a better pan altogether.
If the drip pan is an indication of how they treated the rest of the assembly of the trailer, I would be getting away from it ASAP.
