Forget the dealer and mfg. You are better off making the repairs yourself so you know it's right. I'd find a plastics fabrication shop and have a new polypropylene or polyethylene pan welded up that extends outside of the outer wall. The plastic will never rust and leak in the future, and you can ensure that the pan will drain if you angle it right, make the walls sufficiently high enough, and leave the AC unit sticking out a bit farther than they did.
It is absurd that they are making these this way as when, not if, that AC unit craps out, you will more than likely not find a replacement that fits exactly.
