This is unfortunate to hear as I have had my eye on the Cobblestone I18 for some time. Although the I18 has the rooftop AC, knowing that there would be quality issues on any of their models raises some concern, especially since these models are not readily available in my area and would require lengthy travel to pick one up. Certainly something to think about. Thanks for posting.
