Thanks for spreading the word about this substandard work that should have never happened. Like others said, your best bet is too fix it yourself if you are able. It's a sad commentary that we need to fix things that should have been done right the first time. Shaming the manufacturer is a step in the right direction so keep up the good work by spreading the word. Let us know how it all turns out.
