My response is on the bottom of the first page... read the whole thread and take a look at the pics I posted.
After spending 30 hours at the Travel Lite factory in Goshen, IN (watching my 1 year old unit get repaired) I can tell you that there is ZERO quality control. No 2 units are made the same way. Heck, they even re-engineer them on the assembly line and make changes to the installation of components on the fly.
EDIT: Refrigerator never kept food cold at all in either unit and DH measured the clearances for the refrigerator vents and realized that Travel Lite had installed the side vents incorrectly. They didn't even meet the minimum clearances for proper venting/cooling. So we had to do the 12volt fan mod and add 3 small fans to help exhaust the heat. The refrigerator finally works properly.
I am seriously considering using Eternabond tape on all the roof seams and the Eternabond web on the screw edges. I need to do some more research on it before I jump in and do it.
