I want you to know that I am currently looking into Truck Campers (slide-ins). Because of the troubles you have had, where it seems you have provided good proof of the problems, I will not consider Travel Lite. So, Travel Lite has definitely lost a potential sale based on what looks like horrible quality control and worthless customer service.
