Since you invoked the "weight police" and are not willing to accept what the manufacturer has published then this is all you get. The weight police are under no obligation and in this case lack the desire to once again simply point out that the maker has provided you with all of the various weight parameters you must meet and that they have published as the maximum, and it is "not to be exceeded".
