Atwood Power Jack installation help

I bought an Atwood power jack and need to install it. I am a little confused because the jack has only one wire coming from it. The wire is black but has a fuse. I believe this is the main power wire that needs to be hooked directly to the positive side of the battery.

So, where is the ground wire?? I thought there would be another wire for grounding but there is not.

    The star washers should cut through the paint, but it doesn't hurt to to take scratch up the frame so to make sure that you get a good ground.
