Whoa!! Put that Allen key away!
1. Have you put the drain plug in?
2. Is the pressure relief valve closed?
3. Have you made sure the valves are in normal, not bypass, position? Many systems have two valves that need to be in the correct positions.
4. Did you open a hot water tap and turn the pump on? It should take several minutes to purge out the air, fill the tank with water and get a smooth flow out of the tap.
If all of that is correct, then we can troubleshoot but you will not need that Allen key.
