That is actually not necessarily true. It depends on the overall sales in the base and the mix within. Using just the vehicles in the chart Ford gained market share. If you only include F-series, gmc, silverado and ram, market share was basically a push.
Fair enough. I was just referring to the "pickup" trucks in the chart where Ford has a slight loss (22% vs 24-25%). I agree that it's pretty much a push.
The point is no one of the big 3 is dominating the new sales increases.
