Auxiliary fuel tank?
The used F350 I'm looking at is a SWB 2WD and apparently has only the standard 26 gal. fuel tank. Seems a little skimpy to me. How have others coped with this? Or is it even worth worrying about? T...

I love the freedom to stop when I want to stop and not when the truck forces me to stop. I don't have to spend all my rest breaks at noisy, stinky truck stops/gas stations. I fill up once a day, or less if I don't travel many miles, and I usually fill up after the trailer is dropped off at the stopping point for the night. IMO there are many pluses and no cons, for me anyway.
I feel exactly the same way. Except my F250 is 6.2 gasser, so I obviously have to hit the gas pump more often. I have short box and never worry about bed space. Most time it is empty when towing the fifth wheel.
