That's the 3V 5.4L, 2004+. 1999-2003 Port Improved 2V 5.4L peaks at 2500rpm. Mine seems to pull to about 4500rpm then drop off. I had 32" tires, would tow in 3rd gear at 65-70mph. Engien was happier closer to 7-mph and 2900rpm than 2500rpm. 4.10 gears would have been a great match IMHO. I got 6.5-8mpg with that truck without complaints. Replacement TV has quite a bit more power, way better transmission gears, same tire size. I get 7.5-10mpg with it at the same speeds.
