Average water use per shower?
Just wondering if anyone else had measured their shower water use. Our average is 6 gallons.

I can (Navy) shower with less than a gallon. Wife uses about 2 gallons (longer hair). We can camp a week with 46 gallons, showers every-other day (I take an extra, if I get sweaty during an off-day).
We use the warm-up water to flush the toilet, or pour into water bottles. None wasted. Navy showers are key to minimizing consumption. Feeling clean is wonderful, and a long, hot shower loses its refreshing feel very quickly, making it easy to skip, in my opinion. Hot Navy shower is quite fine, to me.
