Awning Cleaning

I had about a ft of my new awning that got black over the winter. My wife told me to use her magic eraser.(god bless her) It came up like new.

Mr Clean magic eraser and some elbow grease

I fill a bucket with water, dawn detergent and some bleach - apply liberally to awning using the pole/brush I use to clean RV - roll up the awning while it's wet and let sit for a few hours and then rinse with water and keep awning extended until it's dry.
