Awning Concern..Salem Hemisphere
2013 Salem Hemisphere.
I have read of some problems with this and could use some direction.
The awning arms do not appear to close up completely against the unit. There is about 1" to 1 1/2" left open at the top when the awning is completely "closed" This actually leaves about 4" of the awning unrolled. I have seen some posts about it, and seen several other FR units with the Lippert/Solera awning that do the same thing.
I do see where the right (facing the entry door of the unit) seems to have a slight bend to the right. The left side appears to be straight.
Is this the way these systems should operate ( do not close completely flush against the wall)?
