Best thing, Tilt it into the wind, that will also allow rain to run off, and tie it down. Honestly, If I wasn't going to use it, I wouldn't have bought it.
You're kidding right! I've seen awnings get blown up and over a trailer! Even tied down. And I have seen fabric get ripped along the seem at the trailer.
Maybe if you were back in the trees you could leave it out, but by he open beach areas never!!!!
