We had a similar problem with our '07 ROO. Got the name of the authorized dealer and took it to them. They checked it out and contacted the mfg. The mfg said the dealer would have to pull off the axels, send them to their facility and they would look at them. If there was a problem, they would replace the axels and return them to be reinstalled. If THEY decided that there was no problem, then we were stuck for the entire bill to remove, ship, replace and anything else they could think of. We decided that we'd just come out money ahead to replace that one tire as needed than to deal with all the mess the mfg wanted. I think we probably had a few more miles on those particular tires, but not much. DH said they were the torque axels, if that helps any. He just kept a close eye on it and think we only replaced that tire 1 extra time. Good luck with this, they make it as difficult as possible.
What kind of tires are on it?? DH wants to know why they said not to use the nitrogen.
