I have the salesman at the local GMC dealer working up a price as I write this for a base diesel GMC Canyon Crew Cab 4 x 4 with the only additional option being a factory spray in bed liner. I know that the "base diesel" is at least at SLE level trim and has other mandatory options. I also know that the bedliner is about $ 400.00. I will update this as soon as I know his price...at least we will all have a starting point...

Cool, I'll be interested to hear what he comes back with. They need to be careful not to get too high in price or people might just opt for a full size truck instead. I understand those trucks burn more fuel, but they are more capable as well.
