Ford and Ram both build great trucks. If your pro and con list is fairly even for both trucks I'd investigate the Dealers. How happy are the customers for sales/service. I drove Ram CTDs from 2001 to 2010. Loved the trucks but both Dealers in this area are a JOKE. Switched to Ford in 2011 and have been a happy camper ever since.
