Finally, the Ford offers the door pad for entry without keys which I use daily for work. My previous truck was a Dodge Ram 2500 with the Cummins which made this decision tough.
I just stick my hand in either front door handle and everything including tailgate unlocks, as long as I am carrying the fob. Sit down, put my foot on the brake and push run.
Can unlock, lock, honk horn, and start it with my smart phone.

Yeah that's not my problem. I'm in the Army and need to leave my keys in my truck when I do PT in the morning. Before the Ford I usually had to hide the keys in my truck or go place them inside somewhere. It's much easier to leave them in the truck and lock it up knowing I can reenter afterwards.
I'm with you.
When I go to the beach, I can lock all belongings in the car, go play in the water and not have to worry about where my fob/key is. I wish my Infiniti had this feature, sometimes I'm just putzing about in the garage, and decide to put something in or take something out of the car, but I've got to go retrieve the fob if it is locked. With my Ford, I can just punch in my code. Very handy IMO.
